There is a main protagonist in all the Stories named "Doofus" who Suffers from Sleep Paralysis and Vivid Dreams Syndrome.

First thing came in mind after reading the Book is, are they only stories or they are real dreams?
And the question is obvious, the book is collection of Dreams. Few are so real but they are just Dream.
Best thing about the This is It is Short and Interesting and total of around 15 different stories. You can hardly finish this book in a single sitting. Narration is very good and easy to understand.
The plot is so different and only of its kind.
