The Mind Game Book Review



"The Mind Game", the title itself is attractive and engaging.
I am always curious to know about human psychology and love to read books which are on psychology and self-help. The Mind Game by Devika Das is a really wonderful and helpful book. 
There are total of six sections in the book which talks about the different factors of human. 
1.) Emotions, this talks about what are the emotions, how that shows our sides and how to control these.
2.) Analysing People, this talks about how to behave or react to any situation and also about behavioural patterns.
3.) Be happy with what you have, talks about small things in life also have a great add on to your happy lifestyle.
4.) Go Happy, Go Happy, it defined as happiness is the key to success.
5.) Anger issues talk about how anger can control our growth.
6.) Happy workplace talks about we change our behaviour according to the people around us.

The Author is professional and nicely conveyed her message over such points. the writing style is way too easy and understandable. 
Overall it's a great self-help read, if you're interested in the non-fictions then Must give it a try.
